Tanya's Story
May 13, 2003 - Tanya, aka Tanya TuTu was found stray in Southern CT in the fall of 2002. She spent several months in foster care, finally selecting Andrea, George and their dog Rusty as the "RIGHT" forever home. Tanya, now Sadie lives in CT.
Andrea writes: "I thought I would say hello. Well it has been 2 weeks since we adopted Tanya and she is a wonderful little devil. She can go from quietly sitting on your lap to tearing throught the house in seconds. My husband and I changed her name to Sadie. She is getting along great with her big brother Rusty. But watch out the are both teenage trouble. The house never seems quiet anymore and when it does watch out someone is into something they are not supposed to. I love watching them play in the yard together, they have so much fun and for only being 50 lbs she can knock 100 lb Rusty around. This is the first time I have had 2 dogs and I love it! My husband is a little shell shocked, but he loves the 2 of them. I will send pictures soon."
June 24 update - Sadie is a small 52 lb Rotti sweetheart. She has a full tail and it never stops moving. Sadie loves to curl up in your lap and cuddle. But watch out when she is ready to play her mood will change 0 to 60 in under a second. And the inner teenager is unleashed. She loves to play with her big brother, boy she keeps him running. But her favorite thing is digging holes and rolling in the dirt! She's just the cutes little devil!!
