PodRacer, now Kody's Story
September 14, 2003 - Podracer, now Kody, was adopted today by Gretchen, her daughter Sarah, and their kitty Timmy. Kody now lives in New Hampshire. Gret, Sarah and Timmy love their boy Kody, and send pictures almost daily! September 16, 2003 - Kody was soooo good in the crate last night , only wined for about 5 minutes if that and said grumble grumble and fell asleep! I covered the crate with a thin blanket and put a ticking clock near the outside wraped in a pillow. He got up one time at 12. Then he went poddy and when he came in, I let him play with the cat for a little while and back in the crate till I got up at 6am! Hes soooo smart too, when it was time for bed ....I was turning out all the lights and he layed down by the couch, cause thats where I stayed with him the 1st night. He thought that was going to happen again, but no more.

UPDATE!!!!! Wednesday. .July 16, 2003 - Maya's guardian angel was looking out for her the day we transported her. . .were it not for that speedy transport, Maya would have givren birth in the Newark Shelter. The Star Wars litter is predominantly rottweiler, and has been docked to represent that. While Windu & Kenobi have rottweiler markings, PodRacer has a white stripe down his chest (which a rottweiler CAN have). Since Maya was picked up with a rottweiler, it's possible that her litter is all rottweiler. Only time will tell. These puppies are easy-going and sweet, all loving to be cuddled and kissed. They are learning to play with other dogs and cats, and be handled by people of all sizes and genders. These puppies are available mid-September to families where someone is in the home more than 22 hours/day to properly house train and socialize them.
November 6, 2003 - KODY IS SUCH A LOVABLE PUP! WHEN I SIT ON THE FLOOR HE CLIMBS RIGHT IN MY LAP. HE LOVES TO PLAY OUTSIDE IN THE LEAVES, JUMPING AND PUSHING THEM AROUND. HE ALSO LOVES THE BEACH, A POND NEAR OUR HOUSE. HE RUNS DOWN THE BEACH, JUMPING IN THE AIR AND PLAYING WITH STICKS. HE USED TO GO PART WAY IN TO FETCH A STICK , BUT NO MORE, ITS TOO COLD FOR HIS PRECIOUS LITTLE FEET! :0) WHEN WE GET READY TO GO , I WRAP HIM IN A BLANKET IN THE BACK SEAT FOR THE WARM RIDE HOME. HE ALSO LOVES HIS LITTLE KITTY BROTHER TIMMY. THEY PLAY TOGETHER AND SOMETIMES SLEEP TOGETHER ON THE COUCH. KODY USES TIMMY FOR A PILLOW. HE ALSO LOVES THE TUB AND BUBBLES. HE SAW SNOW FOR THE FIRST TIME IN OCT. THIS YEAR. HE WAS AFRAID TO GO OUT SIDE, BUT WHEN HE DID , HE HAD A BLAST. IT WAS ONLY ONE INCH, CANT WAIT TO SEE HIM PLAY IN A LOT OF SNOW! WE LOVE HIM SO MUCH. HE LISTENS VERY WELL. WELL THATS IT FOR NOW. GRETCHEN
