Kyla's Story
September 29, 2003 - Kyla's family surrendered her to the shelter in Newark NJ earlier this month. We will never know WHY they did this, but they declined to return phone calls to inquire about this girl's previous life. Kyla can forget her past now, because today she was adopted by Elaine, her son Devon, their rottie Levi, and the four kitties in Massachusetts. Congratulations to everyone! :)

A beauty by any other name ... is still Kyla. Beautifully marked with the traditional blocky rottie head, Kyla's personality just shines. She was surrendered at two years of age (no reason given) - and is house trained, crate trained and obedience trained. She lives with several cats and is social with other dogs and school-aged kids.
